The OAD Clinic brings together over 30 years of clinical excellence in treating alcohol and drug related problems, ADHD, anxiety, depression and opioid analgesic (painkillers) dependence.

Our friendly team of expert consultants, pain specialists, nurses, psychologists, counsellors and health care advisers have many years of experience treating addiction, mental health and complex pain.

We use a multidisciplinary team approach, customising evidence based treatments to support each individual’s unique capacity to thrive and live a fully functional lifestyle.

This approach results in positive outcomes for people who suffer from alcoholism, drug addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and other disorders. We are dedicated to treating the whole person with bespoke care plans and treatments.

The OAD Clinic team is led by Dr Oscar D'Agnone, MD, MRCPsych, Consultant Psychiatrist, member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and compliant with the General Medical Council code of Good Medical Practice.

The OAD Clinic is based in Belgravia, one of London's most exclusive boroughs less than 5 minutes walk from Victoria station.

At our London clinic, we also accept patients from countries including Egypt, India, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. In fact, we encourage patients from these countries to seek drug, alcohol, or mental health treatment at our clinic in London. 

This means that we can create bespoke treatment plans for not only patients within the United Kingdom, but also for patients in other countries such as those listed above.
