Out of Hours - Emergencies

Please contact us for any help you need, no matter how big or small, during our opening hours, 9.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.

In a medical emergency, or if you are feeling suicidal dial 999 or go to your nearest A&E or GP walk in centre. Non-emergency number: 111.

Outside of our opening hours, if you are experiencing mental health problems or are in need of urgent help, you can contact:

Saneline is an out of hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers. Their number is 0300 304 7000 (between 6pm and 11pm).
